Monuments Open Day at the Berlin Mosque, 13–14th September 2025

The Berlin Mosque hosted a highly successful Open Monument Day over the course of two days (13–14the September 2025), attracting more than 500 visitors from diverse backgrounds. The event provided a unique opportunity for the public to explore the historical and architectural significance of the Mosque while fostering intercultural dialogue and mutual understanding. Pamphlets were distributed and literature was sold.
Attendees included local residents, tourists, architecture enthusiasts, and students.
The centenary exhibition was organized and was a great success.
Question and answer sessions allowed attendees to ask questions about Islam, AAIIL and mosque practices.
Guests were offered refreshments.
I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Ms. Galida Badoella from Suriname, Ms. Sameera Saleem from Frankfurt, Mr. Muhammad Ali, Ms. Ambreen Aziz, and Ms. Harrisa Aziz from Berlin for their invaluable efforts in making the event a great success.
